By bringing this sector of the community together, we seek to generate a culture of inclusive leadership and promote visible support for LGBTI people in the workplace. The gathering is the only annual event of its kind that provides a significant opportunity for LGBTI personnel and families to hear from senior leadership.

The keynote speaker for the event will be Australian Human Right Commissioner Mr Edward Santow will reflect on 25 years of open service for gay, lesbian and bisexual personnel in the Australian Defence Force.

The event will be held on 23 September 2017 at the SMC conference and function centre.
